Pumpkin: A Two Day Raku Workshop (26W10)

Service Description

Join us at Hungry Hill for a two part Raku Workshop. Raku is about as close as it gets to instant gratification in pottery. No waiting for a kiln load before you get your finished piece. You'll walk away with a completed project at the end of the second session. During the first Saturday session, you'll create your piece to fire. The second Saturday session will have you glazing and firing your piece. During the firing session, our studio instructors will assist you with the task of firing the piece using ancient raku firing techniques. Your piece will be ready to take home by the time you are done cleaning up. This is a great workshop for those who are ready to develop a piece of raku pottery from start to finish.
